Tony I have the Virtimax rapture, my athlete is healing from knee surgery. We about 5 months after the surgery. Do you have any workouts for recovery
Any workout would need to be filtered your current mobility. There are lower body exercises in our app would be a great start, but your mobility is what dictates everything. If you cannot perform a pain-free bilateral squat or the full range of motion is not available, then you should not have them do a single leg squat to start with. Hope this helps!
